Recruitment Academy is a specialized educational authority in the field of recruitment. Currently, we offer our services in 12 countries situated in Central and Eastern Europe.

The topics of the courses and trainings include talent sourcing on social media, employer branding, candidate engagement, HR marketing and more. We always focus on delivering useful and up-to-date techniques to the course participants and support the presented topics with practical examples.

José is the founder of GoodCall and Recruitment Academy. He started with the background of software engineer as an unconventional headhunter and talent sourcing architect. He is an author of People as Merchandise: Crack the Code to LinkedIn Recruitment. He is a lector of Recruitment Engineering video course and curator of his own show Hireconomics. José is also the first officially certified LinkedIn recruiter in Central and Eastern Europe.

Milan is currently the CEO and founder of the recruitment agency GoodCall and training institution Recruitment Academy. He has been implementing recruitment and talent strategies since 2000. Before starting his own business, Milan served as Branch Manager, Country Manager and Regional Managing Director CEE for Grafton Recruitment and was a member of the board of Grafton Europe. He led an agency with more than 350 employees. Milan is a member of the APPS (Association of Personnel Services Providers).

Diana has been part of Deloitte for over 20 years and holds the Managing Partner of CZ/SK title since 2016. She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), auditor with a licence from the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic and has a professional certificate in IFRS (DipIFR).

Formerly the Operations Manager at Goodcall and the Recruitment and Employer Brand Manager for L’Oréal Czech Republic, she is now the Head of HR at Red Bull. She is a succesful consultant and lecturer in candidate management experience and a pioneer of innovative thinking and entrepreneurship in the HR sector.

Jan is a psychologist, consultant, coach and trainer with more than 12 years of experience. He managed a team of experts at QED Group. He supported companies during mergers and acquisitions, helped to implement changes to company cultures and organized hundreds of trainings for managers and specialists in Europe, USA, Canada and Asia. Jan is an accredited trainer by Paul Ekman International.

He dedicates his time to analysing data, news and trends in the cojoined worlds of education and work. He tries to find, name and develop what is essential for a meaningful employment of candidates and a better cooperation in companies and public institutions. He works at LMC which manages the job portals jobs.cz and prace.cz.
