In this course, we'll tell you where to start if you want to build an employer's strategic brand. We will explain the procedure and individual steps of strategic employer branding. We will also explain what is the Employee / Employer Value proposition and why is important to have it, how to involve the new phenomenon "phygital" in employer branding or why the candidate experience is important and how you can develop it. Finally, on the example of a specific FMCG company, we will demonstrate the practical application of a successful strategic approach of employer branding.
